To start navigating, click the "Hydrogen" link. You will see a page address ending in "1.htm" and YOU WILL MANUALLY need to change 1 in "1.htm" to navigate through the elements by atomic number.
To see a Timeline for each element, click the above link (Timeline...) and MANUALLY navigate through the elements by changing the number 1 in "1.htm".
